Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is the Romanian TV presenter and actress. Her most well-known work is the main character in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control, and Rush. Alexandra Maria Lara was the sole son of Romanian film actor Valentin Platareanu. At the age of 16 and a leading role in several TV dramas. The Oscar-nominated film Downfall her character as Secretary Traudljunge, Adolf Hitler's secretary was also critically acclaimed. Other Oscar nominated movies featuring the diva include The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex. Alexandra is well-known for her participation in a variety of noteworthy projects both domestically and internationally. They include the British biographical film Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time as well as the French historic miniseries Napoleon and many more. Other roles she has held include being an official jury member for each of and the Transylvania International Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival.
